Health Screens
Prevention is far better than cure and our Health Screens are designed to help detect and identify any potential health issues and address them before they become a problem. Our doctors can carry out a variety of Health Screens, which can be tailored to suit your particular needs. Each screen includes a number of health checks while the ‘Also available' section lists other relevant tests which can be included, if needed, at an extra cost.
Health Screen £345
This includes:
- A full consultation to discuss any concerns, problems or symptoms
- Assessment of cardiovascular risk
- Assessment of risk from family history
- Assessment of any symptoms from different systems of the body
- Examination of height, weight and body mass index (BMI)
- Blood pressure
- Examination of the cardiovascular/ respiratory/ abdominal/ nervous/ and locomotor system
- A urine test (urinanalysis) for glucose, protein, blood
- Peak Flow reading to assess lung function
- Blood tests to check for anaemia, cholesterol levels, thyroid function, liver function, glucose (diabetes test), gout test
- Women may have breast and gynaecological examinations
- Women may have a cervical smear test
- Men may have a prostate blood test (PSA)
- Men may have testicular and prostate examination
- A follow up face to face consultation with our doctor to discuss the results of your Health Screen.

The Premier Health Screen £645
This includes all the items in the Executive Health Screen together with an Exercise ECG test which may be advisable for anyone who has any concerns about their heart or any heart disease in their family.

Well Woman Screen £260
This includes:
- A full consultation to discuss any concerns, problems or symptoms
- Cervical smear test
- Breast check
- Mammogram for women over 40 years of age. £230

- Blood tumour markers (ovarian cancer)
Well Man Screen £255
This includes:
- Full examination and consultation to discuss any concerns.
- Height, weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure.
- A urine test (Urinalysis)
- Prostate check if over 40. Kidney and liver function, gout, PSA (prostrate cancer check if over 40).
